Rouge is a British/Asian Pop/R&B girl group formed by Laura Ismail (Egypt), Legha Joseph (Iran) and Amrita Hunjan (India). They appeared in the summer of 2005 with the single 'Don't Be Shy' and later launched his first and only album (until now) in July 2006. Although the girls have been compared with the girlband Mis-teeq, Destiny's Child and Sugababes, they say are unique because they never heard any group with such mixture of cultural influences such as Persian, Arabic and Asian.
